11th February 2022 : Embassy and Qatar Indian Social Forum (QISF), an ICC organisation under the aegis of Embassy of India, has organized a mass Blood Donation Camp on 11th February 2022, in association with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) as a part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and in conjunction with Qatar National Sports Day.
11th February 2022 : Embassy and Qatar Indian Social Forum (QISF), an ICC organisation under the aegis of Embassy of India, has organized a mass Blood Donation Camp on 11th February 2022, in association with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) as a part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and in conjunction with Qatar National Sports Day.
The camp was held at the Hamad Blood Donor Centre in Doha in which 173 persons donated the blood successfully out of 232 registered. The Camp was inaugurated by Indian Ambassador to Qatar, Dr. Deepak Mittal who was the chief guest of the day, while Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) president P N Babu Rajan, Indian Sports Centre (ISC) President Dr. Mohan Thomas, Dr. Amit Varma, Specialist in Family Medicine and Diabetes - Rawdat Al Khail Health Center, PHCC, Dr. Mohammed Rahmathulla, Head of infection control Department - HMC, Dr. Brian David Okumu, Family medicine Consultant - PHCC, Al Wajba, SKMWA President Abdul Majeed, QISF President Ayyub Ullal, QISF General Secretary Sayeed Komachi and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
